At this 5-star hotel located along Sheikh Zayed Road, Fourzone Décor was given a project to oversee the refurbishment of the hotel while it was running its operations. Hence the aim was to achieve the target with minimal noise, or space disturbances. Fourzone worked meticulously, using its industry knowledge, along with its project management abilities, and succeeded in re-modelling the 42 furnished apartments, inclusive of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. The work was done to add style and liveliness, but to maintain a relaxed look. The finished project presented guests with a welcoming atmosphere, and a snug and comfortable space where they could unwind in style. With a target of three years at hand, the organisation worked meticulously to complete it four months ahead of schedule.
